Warranty & Guarantees

We want to make this as simple and as uncomplicated for you. We want to put you first and at the same time be fair to everyone.

All Mammoth products are carefully constructed and thoroughly tested before shipment. Products purchased in the USA are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser. Should the product fail due to factory defect in material or workmanship, your unit will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Mammoth. Mammoth reserve the right to nullify or modify the terms and condition of the warranty at any point.

Please Save Your Receipt! File it, Put It In Your User Manual, Tape It to Bottom of Unit -- Save Your Receipt!

The warranty is broken into different time period from purchase date. Before you review the type of warranty that applies to you, please note the following three important key information:

Date of Purchase vs Date of Manufacture. We will use your date of purchase on your invoice. If you cannot find your invoice, we'll use the date of manufacture plus two months if that's possible. Otherwise, we need proof of your purchase and we cannot offer extended warranty.

Shipping Back to Manufacture. Within the 1-year warranty, we will handle all shipping fees!

Deductible (Extended Warranty). Deductible only applies to extended warranty. Must be paid before RMA is issued.


Note: Only applies on order from this website (www.mpurifier.com). If you purchased it from our vendor/reseller, their policy supersede us. We cannot refund/return/exchange for our resellers.

If within 90 days, you do not like our product. Simple contact us for a return and full refund of the product (if free shipping, full refund). No questions asked.

Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipment.

Excludes: Air Filters. (Sorry! If they are defective somehow, we'll replace them for free.)


All of the Mammoth product comes with a standard warranty regardless of registration. This way your product and your purchase are well protected. There is no cost to you.

Shipping: We will pay for everything.


Note: Only applies to air purifier. Air purifier is defined by all machines that have filters. (Ionizers and Diffusers only qualify for one-year warranty).

No registration is required anymore. Please save your receipt. We might be able to look up your purchase information but if we cannot verify your purchase, we cannot offer the extended warranty. Your warranty will end at the 1 Year Limited Warranty).

Because of the expensive shipping cost where on average it's $25-$30 one way, we are now going ship a new/refurbished/open-box unit as a replacement unit. This will save on all shipping and we will bare the cost on all shipping in the deductible.

Year 1-2 Deductible - $65 (includes all shipping cost).

Year 2-3 Deductible - $75 (includes all shipping cost).

Year 3-4 Deductible - $85 (includes all shipping cost).

Year 4-5 Deductible - $95 (includes all shipping cost).

Warranty ends at the end of Year 5.


Limited Warranty

Mammoth Air Purifiers carry industry-standard limited warranty against defects due to manufacturing and shipping damages. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacture to determine if the warranty is void.

Causes for Warranty Void

  • Humid environment that leads to corrosion of parts
  • Unauthorized tampering of the unit
  • Use of non-Mammoth parts (including filter)
  • Irregular maintenance of unit
  • Electrical spike and damage due to wrong voltage/current
  • Any other damages done not caused my manufacturing defect or poor craftsmanship


Your unit will be repaired. Unless we deem unfit for repair or discontinued item, Mammoth will offer a similar item of at least the same functions or better unit for replacement. Once again, this is at the sole discretion of Mammoth. We will of course notify you of the problem first.

Repair that's Outside of the Warranty Period or Limited Warranty Protection

Should Mammoth deem your unit is beyond the scope of the limited warranty or timeframe of the warranty, Mammoth will notify you by phone (and by email if phone is unavailable) that your unit require repair that's beyond our warranty. An estimate will be provided for the total cost and charges associated. You will have 30 days to decide if you would like to proceed with repair or have the unit shipped back at your expense. After 30 days, we reserve the right to discard your product.

RMA or Authorized Return Only

In order to serve you properly, all returns and repairs must have a RMA number. Each product that we receive must correspond a case number so we can properly update you and ship the product back to you. We implement this policy so you can know each step of the process and track your product back to us. Otherwise, your product runs into the chance of the discard pile (we don't want to throw your purchase away!) Please contact us first before sending anything back. We will open a case and give you a RMA number. If you did not include a RMA number, we will reject the shipment back to you at your cost.
